About Us
Power Life is not your typical yoga studio. Our instructors are highly trained and pride themselves on delivering an uplifting experience from the moment you step in the doors. Our spaces are larger than many other yoga studios so we can run multiple classes at one time. We encourage students to connect with each other and develop relationships that can be carried out of the studios. All of this adds up to something truly special — something we like to call The Power Life Experience.
What We Do
Our classes combine yoga & functional movement with motivating music and heat to help improve the connection between your breath, your body, and your mind. We provide yoga, sculpt, barre, and F.I.T. for every level of fitness.
